THE ROLE
Due to growth, our client required an experienced Environmental Engineer that could start making an impact on Day 1.
THE CHALLENGE
The combination of the remote area of the client with the desire to focus on local candidates presented almost as much of a challenge as having to safely conduct the search with Covid-19 restrictions being implemented midway through our efforts. The client is an ‘essential’ business.

This ended up being our fourth hire with the client, so we had a solid grasp of culture and conducted an intake to get a thorough understanding of the technical requirements. The client had been trying to fill the role themselves and struggled with some very specific candidate criteria. Post intake call, we quickly ramped up cold outreach and advertising.
